Linda Cunningham’s broad practice includes advising clients on setting up their businesses, structuring business deals, shareholder and partnership arrangements, commercial transactions, and day-to-day legal matters affecting small businesses. Her work also includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements, as well as assisting with business purchase and sales.

Linda earned her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (with Distinction), a Certificate of Legal Studies, and a Liberal Arts Certificate from Simon Fraser University. During her legal studies, Linda received several academic awards, including the David Roberts Prize in Legal Writing, the Allan McEachern Memorial Scholarship in Law, and the Kevin B.
