Benjamin has experience in advising international corporations doing business in Canada on various matters including, business immigration, employment, contracts and structuring. He also has experience in representing and advising private and corporate clients at various junctures in Europe (Ireland), and in the United States. As a Bay-street business consultant, he actively advised and helped in-house legal teams leverage technology in their practices for efficient and cost-effective legal delivery.

Linda Cunningham’s broad practice includes advising clients on setting up their businesses, structuring business deals, shareholder and partnership arrangements, commercial transactions, and day-to-day legal matters affecting small businesses. Her work also includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements, as well as assisting with business purchase and sales.

Linda earned her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (with Distinction), a Certificate of Legal Studies, and a Liberal Arts Certificate from Simon Fraser University. During her legal studies, Linda received several academic awards, including the David Roberts Prize in Legal Writing, the Allan McEachern Memorial Scholarship in Law, and the Kevin B. Ian Barraclough has served the public for more than twenty years, including a distinguished career with the Vancouver Police Department. After completing his Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from the University of London and his Master of Applied Legal Studies at Simon Fraser University, Ian was commissioned as a Notary Public in 2025 and joined Templars Notary.
